Miss Minerva Ffxiv - Housing

Hi there! :) My name is Miss Minerva, and I love everything design and housing. I have alts across almost all of NAand a few EU servers! The best thing is to ask me if I have one on your server and if not I'm happy to create one (may depend of congestion). I’ve been designing houses in Final Fantasy XIV for just over a year and a half! I started out designing all my friends abd fc members houses and then I want to branched out into commissions and it has been such a wonderful experience. I can do Modern, Contemporary, Traditional, Fantasy, Japanese, Rustic, Farmhouse, Industrial, Amaurot, any theme design your mind can come up with! I love when a client comes to me with a new or outside the box design. I enjoy playing with vertical spaces, different lightings, and creating spaces that feel cozy and lived in. I try to make the most of item slots the spaces of the houses while using as much space as possible without it feeling empty or cluttered. I like to make sure that every corner of the house has something in it including the stairwells and hallways. Medium- Modern & Functional FC House - The Dreaming

Modern style FC house. This was my first medium size house I was really excited to get my hands on some more item slots. I’ve closed off the basement to the house but it still has a second floor as well as a bathroom and boiler room on the first floor. I wanted this to be a nice warm and cozy place to be while still being a functional fc house. We have 6 crafting stations and an arterial wheel upstairs as well. Small - Modern Cool Coloured - Atherium Abode

Modern style small house. I designed this one for a friend. The only thing they requested was that “it have a tv and be modern” so this is what I came up with! It was lots of fun doing modern and I think the shower is my favourite part. (you can see the bathroom in the gallery below in "More Designs") This house is on both top and bottom levels, includes a kitchen, bathroom and living room.

large - Star FC - Amaurot Style

This was my first large build!!! Woohoo! It was so much fun and I love the Amaurot style! This is two floors. There's a stage downstairs for events, complete with a changing room. The thing with styles like this is they take up a lot of item slots so please be ware we will most likely be looking at cutting off an area or two. The door alone took up 30 item slots. I loved working with this FC they are such good people. They are in Primal, Ultros go check em out! :)

Small -Goth Nightclub

Client wanted a place with “coffins, bats, goth, and a stripper pole" I created this with my client in mind to match their sexy style. Includes a DJ station, bat cave, cage and more. Stay tuned for events here!

Prices:
Apartments & FC Rooms: 5 mil (This is makeplace file only)
Small: 15 mil + Expenses
Medium: 20 mil + Expenses
Large: 30 mil + Expenses
"Expenses" are any furniture used in the design, including dyes and items. If preferred you can craft items to save on expenses. I will server hop as well to get the best prices available. I will also give returning clients discounts usually around 5 mil off depending on which size house you're getting.If you'd like a makeplace file only, it would be the base fee minus 5 mil :)That being said I am happy to try and accommodate any budget. My goal is to make your housing dreams come true, Gil has just become a bonus to one day get my own large house to decorate!The prices include doing the outsides of the houses if desired as well.
